Hyatt Place Baltimore/BWI Airport

We read the mediocre reviews but decided to check this hotel out due to the close proximity to the airport. Surprisingly we had a very nice stay! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby was inviting clean and comfortable. We both enjoyed the layout of our room. It was clean, neat and tidy. The king size bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious as was the shower. Plenty of towels and cleaning amenities. There was a scheduled van shuttle to/from the airport and staff was very accommodating for trips outside the normal scheduled runs. Breakfast was minimal in offerings but certainly met my expectations and desires for a breakfast meal served at a hotel. Coffee was excellent. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and will definitely use them again when the opportunity for a BWI airport layover.

Overall a pretty nice hotel for a quick stay, it's much better than the Hyatt Regency in downtown. The staff is friendly and I really appreciate their patience. While there is construction going on, theyve done a good job with the renovations and I would recommend staying here if you are close to be airport. I do wish the gym had a cable machine but it still got the job done.

After getting stuck at the Baltimore airport, was able to get a room for the night. Everyone from the airport shuttle driver to the hotel staff were wonderful. I was coming home from a Caribbean cruise and had no winter clothes with a temp in Baltimore 22° with snow on the ground. My shuttle driver was prompt and turned up the heater to warm me up quickly

Overall the rooms are great, clean and spacious. The hotel is ready to undergo a renovation this summer because it is needed. The reception at night was awesome. Very polite and friendly. Her Starbucks drinks are excellent!!! Location was perfect close to the arena at UMBC and very close to the airport.

This hotel is under renovation and will be special when completed. The front desk was unaware of the perks of loyalty levels but I think we worked through it. The charges on our bill don't say what was purchased just when (breakfast, lunch, or dinnertime- which seems a bit weird). The lobby space, tv knook, kitchen area, and dinning room are nice and clean. The construction on both sides and the the front door constantly being opened make for a cold experience for breakfast unless tou like the cold and then you're going to love this during cold months. The rooms didn't start with adequate towels and I don't believe we ever got this corrected. The housekeeping staff are always working and are pretty anxious, one walked right into our room as we slept, it gave us a bit of fright momentarily. The location is good and restaurants are nearby. Starbucks coffee products are offerrwed but we never saw a full menu. The ongoing construction makes for extra cold breeze. The parking lot was jammed pack and not plowing the snow further limited parking. The breakfast was hot and offered a little variety.

Newly renovated with comfortable living arrangements in a quaint suite-style apartment. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and nice multipurpose spaces. Excellent location as an in between to Baltimore and DC…perfect for quick 2 night trip. Will be back

Absolutely complete customer service over and beyond. My brother helped me out while we were in the middle of moving and they just exceeded our expectations completely. From the customer service to the simple request. I have stayed at complete knock out hotels in my life but even with the construction going on complete utter respect to this staff. Breakfast was on point rooms cleaned daily staff cleaning rooms work around you and your needs awesome crowd. The night manager, I think his name is David awesome guy answered all my questions on point and no bs. Day manager I believe her name was Latoya and there new hire was awesome. Just an all around great crew working here coming from someone that owns my own business and works for example for customer service. Greatly appreciate this place and we will be back for sure and were excited for there upgrades. Thankful we spent money with this hotel. Clean neat and polite. Wow factor. Thank you to all your staff!

My flight arrived after 10 pm. The hotel location is good for us to stay overnight and easy transition for the cruise port the next day. I was satisfied with the suit with two queen beds. The room is clean and spacious. AC unit was relatively quiet. The beds were comfortable. Surprisingly the hotel offers complimentary breakfast that is good too: coffee, bottle soda and water, fruit, sausage, eggs… The online checkin and checkout is convenient. One thing could be improved. My credit card was charged for the same amount as the room rate. I was told that was incident deposit. The deposit supposedly was 100$. This confused me. Overall I’m happy with the hotel.
